The law is law and the State Govt must be fair and seen to be fair. Infact this stall owner should be fined double or treble for breaking the law, ignoring complaints and resist being pulled down. Time to clean up Ipoh especially those Burger Stalls, why should they be 'special' while others - the NONs has to move into coffee shops?
